OCEAN CLUB RESIDENCES & MARINA

Project Manager and lead Structural Engineer for the development of Ocean Club’s $15M condominium and marina development on Paradise Island. Responsibilities included due diligence inspection of existing bulkheads, dock layout and marina planning/design, coordination with uplands design, and the preparation of construction documents for bulkhead, breakwater and fixed/floating docks. Provided construction support services, including monthly site visits to review and document construction progress.
