BAKER'S BAY PASSERINE MARINA

Project Manager & Lead Structural Engineer for the $44 million, 200+ slip world-class mega-yacht marina development. Lead Structural Designer for the heavy duty concrete supply pier, timber fixed docks, floating docks, steel and concrete bulkheads, stone and timber skirting systems, landing platforms, and dock bar pier. Oversaw preparation of construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimating and assisted in bid response and negotiations. Completed regular monthly site visits to island during construction, review value engineering proposals, and construction documentation. Designed additional marina amenities, high wind mooring systems for megayachts, design collaboration with lead architect for design of custom fixed and floating docks for private lots.
