Project Manager and Engineer for a multi-phase marina redevelopment of a 40-acre property in Chester River. The marina includes nearly 400 slips, travel lift facilities, fuel dock, overwater buildings, and nearly 3,00 linear feet of bulkhead.  Services include permitting support, marina layout and planning, construction cost estimating, preparation of RFP, bid review, contracting support, project management and Owner’s Rep. Construction services include submittal and RFI review along with onsite construction support services. Design services include mooring pile design/specifications, bulkhead, and fixed pier design.
